3. A $100 one-time registration fee (per family).

4. For piano lessons, the fee is charged monthly as follows:

   - Semi-private lesson (45mins) - $220/month
   - Private lesson (30mins) - $250/month
   - Private lesson (45mins) - $350/month

5. For singing lessons, the fee is charged monthly as follows:

   - Private lesson - $140/month
